Nordic Pack delivers a large selection of products from stock or on demand. In terms of packaging, these consist of primary and secondary packaging in glass and plastic.
Tubular glass packaging: glass screw neck vials, glass vials, glass ampoules and glass syringes.
A tubular glass package is made of a predetermined diameter glass tube. In the manufacturing process, the glass is then heated, cut and finally formed into its intended shape. Normally clear glass or brown glass of borosilicate type 1 quality is used, but other qualities are also available, on request.
Molded glass packages: Syrup glass bottles, glass vials, dropper bottles, infusion bottles, tablet glass jars and larger glass jars with screw caps.
A wide variety of packages depending on the application area. Here, too, the glass is available in different qualities and colors. Usually, the injection and infusion glass are made from borosilicate type 1 glass, while the other glass is made in amber, type 3 glass.
We can basically offer closures for all our packaging. Here it is the purpose and need that directs. There are an infinite number of combinations when it comes to containers and closures. We stock the most common combinations, but it is possible to get a lot more than what we have the opportunity to show on our website, so feel free to ask us the question directly!
Some common closures for glass packs are: Rubber stoppers for injection vials, freeze drying stoppers and infusion stoppers, are some. Aluminum caps with various functions for rubber stoppers. Capsules with or without liners. Caps with different types of inserts. Drip pipettes, lids. etc.
Also here, are a large number of standard variants available. Bottles and jars with closures. The most common materials available are HDPE, PP and PET, as well as PETG.
A wide range when it comes to filling volume: 0,5 ml - +200 liters.
Some products can also be radiation-sterilized according to ISO 11137. Most products are manufactured in "cleanrooms" or similar.
