This year it is exactly 25 years since my father Bo Andersson was given the opportunity to buy out what is today Nordic Pack, from what was then Superfos in Denmark.
We have since run the company as a family business where both I and my brother Stefan have now worked for over 20 years.
Over the years, we have achieved great success in our business. This is through our unrivaled desire to have the market's leading range and service when it comes to delivering glass and plastic packaging to a variety of industries. In addition to this, we have strived daily to maintain the fine and long-lasting relationships we have with our customers, suppliers and other partners.
As a natural part of our company's continued development, we have entered into a partnership with Hasko Invest AB on May 21, 2025. This partnership means that Hasko will be the new majority owner of Nordic Pack Packaging AB going forward.
We are very happy, and look very positively at what this will be able to contribute to our business going forward, towards our customers and suppliers. Nordic Pack will continue to be run by me, Fredrik Andersson CEO with existing staff, where I and Stefan will remain as co-owners. Hasko will be able to contribute further knowledge to broaden and expand the existing product portfolio, such as accelerating sales in general. With the primary aim of creating even more customer value.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Hasko aboard what we have built over the years. I am very hopeful about our future collaboration and that this will be the starting point for another 25 (at least) successful years!
