Standard terms for delivery and payment

Shipment

What do you have for delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 1-3 days. Our ambition is that delivery will start the day after you place your order from us. The condition is that you place your order before noon. Delivery is usually arrived the day after, unless there are special delivery days at different locations.

Can you pick up the delivery yourself?

Yes, that wont be a problem. However, we want you to order (no later than 12.00 noon) one day before you want to collect your goods.

Delivery notice - Does the driver call when the goods arrive?

Normally, there is no delivery notice, i.e. that the driver calls 15-30 minutes before delivery.
It is possible to order a delivery notice for an extra cost.

Notification - Can I decide the time for delivery of the goods myself?

If you wish to control your delivery day yourself via a link (text message), you can order a notification for an additional cost.

Can you order as a private person?

Yes, that wont be a problem. You prepay your delivery as a private person.

What does handling fee mean?

Handling fee entails an additional fee that is charged if the customer orders under SEK 2 excluding VAT.

Shipping will be added. All our customers are offered to take advantage of our benefits that are part of our central agreement with DHL.
